Kids Club at Holiday Inn Pattaya

Holiday Inn Pattaya strives to ensure all guests are comfortable and fulfilled at the economically-efficient beachfront hotel. The hotel provides outstanding facilities and services to all guests, especially families with young children. Holiday Inn Pattaya is committed to helping parents during their stay at the hotel by allowing children under the age of 12 eat and stay free at the hotel. This is a part of the hotel’s humble Kids Stay and Eat Free Program. Kids will be able to stay in a colorful ocean-themed room, and they will be able to participate in a myriad of fun-filled activities.


Activities in the Hotel

kids-slider-1The Kid’s Club offers a wealth of activities throughout the day beginning with breakfast from 8 am – 9 am. Candle making, Thai costumes, model painting, greeting card making, doll painting, and many more activities continue until 6 pm. Children paint their own T-shirts and bags, create jewelry and keychains and more. Parents can get a calendar of events and activities and select the times their children want to attend.


Facilities for Children

Holiday Inn Pattaya Kids Club includes experienced staff that watches over the children and engages them in the activities available. Facilities include cartoons, game consoles, drawing and painting, playground activities, ball pits, balloons and computers with high-speed Internet. There are also several especially family suites for children as well as two outdoor swimming pools, and there is access to the beautiful beach.


Local Attractions for Children

There are several local attractions that are within a short drive from the Holiday Inn Pattaya that children particularly love. The Sriracha Tiger Zoo has 400 Bengal Tigers as well as crocodiles, elephants, and other exotic animals for children to learn more about.

Underwater World is an aquarium that has a collection of marine life from the Gulf of Thailand. Visitors walk through the clear acrylic tunnel and see the brilliant undersea life all around them. This is a thrilling experience even for young children. There are tide pools that contain the rock creatures from around Thailand. Children can look and touch. There are also tropical coral reefs with brilliantly colored fish that have to be seen and believed.

In the Open Ocean zone, there are Eagle Rays, Black Tip Reef Sharks, Fat Nurse Sharks, Shovelnose Ray, and Black-blotched Rays. Underwater World includes the Giant of Siam Zone where there is an artificial shipwreck that has become a marine habitat. There is also an activity for children in the Magic Tank, an Anti-Gravity Interactive Concept Tank. Finally, Jellyfish World allows visitors to get up close and personal with one of the world’s oldest marine animals.

Watersports are a great attraction for older children, and the island of Koh Larn is just a 45-minute ferry ride away. It is the home to some of the most diverse marine life, and visitors can take a glass-bottom boat to see all the beauty in its natural habitat. For older children, there are activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, and snorkeling are some of the activities children can choose to participate. For those who would like to see the underwater sites but don’t want to get wet, there is a tour of a semi-submersible submarine.
