Pattaya Hybrid Challenge #2 | Doubles Edition - Event Details

Event Purpose

The Pattaya Hybrid Challenge is created to bring together people who enjoy hybrid fitness training in a fun and energetic community environment. Participants will have the opportunity to workout together, meet new people and share experiences through fitness and teamwork.  

Event Date: Saturday, 1 August 2026

Time: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Venue: Ballroom 1 & 2, Holiday Inn Pattaya  

Entry Fee: THB 300 per person. The registration fee is fully redeemable as a THB 300 food and beverage voucher at Brew & Bar on 1 August 2026.

Competition Format

The Pattaya Hybrid Challenge is a doubles competition consisting of two athletes per team. 

DOUBLES MEN, DOUBLES WOMEN, DOUBLES MIXED

• 600M Run
• Followed by 1 Workout Station

Participants will complete:

• 8 x 600M Running
• 8 Workout Stations

Workout Stations

1. SkiErg 1,000M

2. Sled Push 60M

• Women: 105 KG
• Men, Mixed: 130 KG

3. Deadlift – 50 Reps

• Women: 30 KG
• Men, Mixed: 50 KG

4. Burpee Broad Jump 80M

5. Row 1,000M

6. Farmers Carry 200M

• Women: 16 KG in each hand (16 KG × 2) 
• Men, Mixed: 24 KG in each hand (24 KG × 2) 

7. Sandbag Walking Lunges 100M

• Women: 10 KG
• Men, Mixed: 20 KG

8. Wall Balls 100 Reps

• Women: 4 KG / Target Height 2.70M
• Men: 6 KG / Target Height 3M

Competition Rules

• Teams will start one at a time according to the official starting order assigned by the organizers. Each team's start time will be announced via the email and can check at the registration desk on the event day.
• Each team will be assigned 1 judge responsible for:
• Timekeeping
• Recording results
• Monitoring and ensuring movement standards
• Making official decisions during the competition

Team Rules

• All 2 team members must run together throughout the race.
• Team members may divide the repetitions or distances at each workout station as they wish.
• However, every team member must participate in every station.
• All workout stations must be completed in the correct order.
• Participants must enter and exit each station following the designated route.
• All required repetitions and distances must be completed in full.
• Participants may only use equipment provided by the organisers.
• Any rule violation will result in a 2-minute time penalty per incident.
• The organisers’ decision is final.

Participant Substitution Policy

After registration and payment have been completed, participants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another person. Requests for participant substitution must be submitted via email to mkt.holidayinnpattaya@ihg.com no later than 30 July 2026. Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Food & Beverage Voucher

All registered participants will receive a THB 300 food and beverage voucher upon check-in at the registration desk. The voucher is valid only on Saturday, 1 August 2026 at Brew & Bar Pattaya.

วัตถุประสงค์หลักของกิจกรรมนี้ จัดขึ้นเพื่อเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับผู้ที่ชื่นชอบการออกกำลังกายแบบ Hybrid ได้มาร่วมสนุก ออกกำลังกาย ทำความรู้จัก และแชร์ประสบการณ์ร่วมกันในคอมมูนิตี้ที่เต็มไปด้วยพลังและมิตรภาพ

วันที่จัดกิจกรรม: 1 สิงหาคม 2569

เวลา: 7.00 - 11.30 น.

สถานที่: ห้อง Ballroom 1&2 ชั้น M โรงแรมฮอลิเดย์ อินน์ พัทยา

ค่าสมัคร: 300 บาทต่อท่าน โดยผู้สมัครจะได้รับคูปองสำหรับแลกรับอาหารและเครื่องดื่มมูลค่า 300 บาท ใช้ได้ที่ร้าน Brew & Bar Pattaya

รูปแบบการแข่งขันประกอบด้วย

กิจกรรม Pattaya Hybrid Challenge เป็นการแข่งขันแบบคู่ ทีมละ 2 คน

แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเภท ได้แค่ ทีมคู่ชาย-ชาย, ทีมคู่หญิง-หญิง และ ทีมคู่ชาย-หญิง

• วิ่งระยะทาง 600 เมตร
• ตามด้วยฐานออกกำลังกาย 1 ฐาน
• รวมระยะทางวิ่งทั้งหมด 4,800 เมตร และฐานออกกำลังกายทั้งหมด 8 ฐาน

รายละเอียดฐานการแข่งขัน

1. SkiErg 1,000 เมตร

2. Sled Push ระยะ 60 เมตร

• ทีมคู่หญิง-หญิง: น้ำหนัก 105 KG
• ทีมคู่ชาย-ชาย และทีมคู่ชาย-หญิง: 130 KG

3. Deadlift 50 ครั้ง

• ทีมคู่หญิง-หญิง: น้ำหนัก 30 KG
  
• ทีมคู่ชาย-ชาย และทีมคู่ชาย-หญิง: น้ำหนัก 50 KG
  

4. Burpee Broad Jump ระยะ 80 เมตร

5. Row 1,000 เมตร

6. Farmers Carry ระยะ 200 เมตร

• ใช้น้ำหนัก 16 KG x2 สำหรับทีมคู่หญิง-หญิง
• ใช้น้ำหนัก 24 KG x2 สำหรับทีมคู่ชาย-ชาย และทีมคู่ชาย-หญิง

7. Sandbag Walking Lunges ระยะ 100 เมตร

• ใช้น้ำหนัก 10 KG สำหรับทีมคู่หญิง-หญิง
• ใช้น้ำหนัก 20 KG สำหรับทีมคู่ชาย-ชาย และทีมคู่ชาย-หญิง

8. Wall Balls 100 ครั้ง

• ผู้หญิงใช้น้ำหนัก 4 KG ระดับความสูง 2.70 เมตร
• ผู้ชายใช้น้ำหนัก 6 KG ระดับความสูง 3 เมตร

กติกาการแข่งขัน

• การปล่อยตัวจะเป็นแบบรอบละ 2 ทีม ตามลำดับที่ทีมงานกำหนด โดยจะแจ้งทางอีเมลล่วงหน้า และสามารถตรวจสอบลำดับได้ ณ จุดลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมงานในวันงาน
• ทุกทีมจะมีกรรมการประจำทีม 1 คนต่อ 1 ทีม เพื่อ:
• จับเวลา
• บันทึกผลการแข่งขัน
• ตรวจสอบควบคุมความถูกต้องของการปฏิบัติในแต่ละฐาน
• ตัดสินระหว่างการแข่งขัน

• สมาชิกทั้ง 2 คนต้องวิ่งไปพร้อมกัน
• สมาชิกในทีมสามารถแบ่งจำนวนครั้งหรือระยะทางของแต่ละฐานกันเองได้
• แต่สมาชิกทุกคนต้องมีส่วนร่วมในทุกฐานการแข่งขัน
• ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องทำฐานทั้งหมดตามลำดับที่กำหนด
• ต้องเข้าและออกจากฐานตามเส้นทางที่ทีมงานกำหนด
• ต้องทำจำนวนครั้งและระยะทางให้ครบถ้วน
• ใช้อุปกรณ์ที่ทีมงานจัดเตรียมไว้ให้เท่านั้น
• หากฝ่าฝืนจะถูกบวกเวลาเพิ่ม 2 นาทีต่อครั้ง
• คำตัดสินของทีมงานถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

นโยบายการเปลี่ยนผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขัน

หากผู้สมัครทำการลงทะเบียนและชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันได้ สามารถเปลี่ยนผู้เข้าร่วมได้ โดยแจ้งความประสงค์พร้อมรายละเอียดผู้ที่มาเข้าร่วมแข่งขันแทนมาที่อีเมล mkt.holidayinnpattaya@ihg.com ภายในวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2569 ทั้งนี้ ค่าสมัครไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้

ผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันทุกท่านจะได้รับคูปองสำหรับแลกรับอาหารและเครื่องดื่มมูลค่า 300 บาท ณ จุดลงทะเบียน โดยคูปองนี้สามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะวันเสาร์ที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2569 ที่ร้าน Brew & Bar Pattaya เท่านั้น
