The smoking process is done in a top-of-the-range oven imported from the USA, ensuring that each cut of meat is tender and delicious. Highlights include our signature Australian brisket, smoked for over 12 hours to achieve a melt-in-the-mouth texture, and our short ribs, which are smoked for more than 8 hours, delivering a deeply satisfying and flavoursome experience. Pizza enthusiasts will not be disappointed either. Our pizzas are made using cold-fermented sourdough bases, prepared daily and aged for 72 hours to develop the ideal texture and flavour. To guarantee an authentic Italian taste, we import our dough, tomato sauce, and cheese directly from Italy. Each pizza is finished with organically grown Italian basil and drizzled with 100% extra virgin olive oil, adding the final touch to a truly Italian dining experience.
